At EmpireAutos, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide high-quality automotive parts and modification accessories. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The product is returned in original packaging with all accessories

  • The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

  • You provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)

Products that show signs of use, damage, or improper installation will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Electrical and electronic items (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Installed or used modification parts

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Please ensure compatibility with your vehicle before purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

  • Keep the original packaging

After verification, EmpireAutos may offer:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Store credit

  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Claims made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

5. Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for a different product of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid).

Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as return eligibility.

6. Installation Responsibility

EmpireAutos is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Incorrect fitting due to wrong model selection

  • Warranty issues caused by modification

Professional installation is strongly recommended for performance and electrical parts.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch without penalty

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be canceled once confirmed

8. Policy Updates

EmpireAutos reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
